    Our hillside is prone to high winds.
    We are always a contender for who has the windiest spot.
    I'm not complaining because I understand that wind is a tradeoff for the view Summer and I enjoy.
    This afternoon we bundled up and went out into the bluster and drizzle to see how much damage the windstorm visited on our daffodil crop.
    Amazingly most are still standing but aren't really picture perfect.
    We do love the colors of spring and not perfect fits right in around here so we ooohed and awed anyway.
    I did try to capture a few photos even though the flowers were in constant motion.
    Excited for springtime and more outside time.

        @NorcalGma2

        Lovely! I enjoy daffies. Have some growing near-wild in the woods behind my house, but they won't be in bloom until late April.

        I should probably plant some more bulbs out front. πŸ™‚
