he is! bigger now he's finally gaining weight (possibly a bit too much? but he was so skinny before, poor love). and he's very tall: she can walk under him!

and today is better than yesterday (which was godawful), so that's something!

how's you? and the paws? i realised i never replied to your reply yesterday about the occupiers (was off to bed) ... was all well on the home front when you returned?

@moonrabbit Every paw was happy to see me! Gertie is currently curled up with Bucky under the blanket on hubby's lap.

I’ve been a bit low today. Feeling sorry for myself. I’m sure it’ll pass. Maybe just a Monday-Tuesday thing. Had a nice evening yesterday though, messing about with willow and rush (made st brigid’s crosses).

but hooray to the crosses! i wanted to make one but couldn't get to the reeds ... another time maybe. i hope the rest of the week is gentle with you. did you get a dry day yesterday?

we had a dry one today: the first for weeks and also the last, if the forecast is to be believed. got almost all the rest of the pia washing done, thankfully. just one small quilt left that barely got ... impacted ... at all so will be ok to wait a bit more. the relief of no rain was immense

not fantastic otherwise as i'm really pretty unwell ... pinning quite a lot on the appointment monday so we'll see what happens
but i got a bit of clay done, and kitten's had a decent day, so all in all i think that's a win?

are you relaxing this evening at least a little?

@moonrabbit making the crosses was good. Rush was easier than willow! It was dry but very wimdy and I had a bit of a bumpy night. That probably hasn’t helped matters. Dry and wimdy today in fact.

Hurrah for getting the Pia washing done. She’s completely ignorant of the chaos caused.

ugh bumpy nights are never helpful, i'm sorry. and ha yes cats never know the havoc they wreak. although it was husband just now: he just knocked his glass tea mug that he got for christmas onto the floor (and is insisting that i don't get him another)

i hope tonight's easier for you and that the wimbd has calmed down too. mind your glass mugs!
