      Of course, the availability of cheaper Venezuelan oil would make Canadian equivalent less valuable, all over the world. It's a global market.

      Being able to sell more, earlier, would not forbid any customer from just switching to the cheaper product.

      And investors know that. They won't invest in Canada as long as there's a decent *possibility* of Venezuela's infrastructure being rebuilt.
