Please tell me I am not the only one taking their pills like this?

I take 3 a day of something.
It comes in sheets of 10.
In boxes of 3 sheets.
When I open the box I take one from each sheet.
Now all the sheets have multiples of 3.
I usually save a sheet with 6 incase we stay overnight somewhere
I like to save a sheet with 3 on it so I can take it to a cafe and throw the empty out

I'm sure this is normal behaviour

@SemAntiKast Other poor mortals were educated to do it differently.

@SemAntiKast i bring a little "ripping the adhesive paper covering from the foil without leaving a surface you can get your nail under and crushing the pill to ash while trying to get it out so i have to lick it out of the crumpled dimple from the millimeter of exposed surface area" energy that challenges the dominant aesthetic culture of medication
