Petition EN9092 - Rescind the invitation to Israel President Herzog

Chances are APS (I think its APS that filters/processes the petitions) will not approve this on the basis that Herzog has been and gone, and so the petition is no longer actionable.

Which is a shame because that petition is also the one with the highest signature count.
