Ich habe für bestimmte Fälle ein #WhatsApp Konto auf einer Rufnummer, die ich für nichs anderes nutze, eine Rufnummer bei #Sipgate. Die Simkarte habe ich leider nicht dabei.
Dieser #WhatsApp Account wurde wohl gehackt und schickt jetzt Nachrichten an andere Leute. Ich hoffe das sich niemand der Leute von diesem #Scammer #scammen lässt.
Der Scammer antwortet auch wenn man fragt "Ist alles OK bei Dir?" -
Wir haben jetzt mal die #Scammer Hilfenachricht hingeschickt, angeboten, dass die Person uns sagt wer sie ist, damit wir deren Botschaft verständigen können.

WhatsApp kann ich auch nicht kontaktieren, weil das nur über die App geht, oder per E-Mail (da kommt eine Autoreply der auf Kommunikation in der App und das Supportformzlar verweist. Und das Supportformular sagt meine Rufnummer ist ungültig, was daran liegt, dass #Sipgate relativ lange Rufnummer verwendet, nämlich 01579 und dann noch 7 Stellen. Viele Systeme kennen aber immer noch nur Vorwahlen die eine Stelle kürzer sind und dann 7 Stellen für die Rufnummer.

@jonasboettner @sipgate ich kann mir nicht vorstellen an was es sonst liegt, wenn ich die letzte Stelle der Rufnummer weglassen wird sie als gültig erkannt.

@utzer @sipgate Das klingt aber falsch implementiert. Laut Nummernplan haben alle Rufnummern mit 015… genau 11 Stellen. [https://www.bundesnetzagentur.de/DE/Fachthemen/Telekommunikation/Nummerierung/MobileDienste/DL/Mitt_108_2013_AenderungNP.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&v=2] Was passiert wenn du 0151 + 8 Stellen eingibst? Das ist eine sehr häufig benutzte Gasse der #Telekom

@jonasboettner ich habe die Simkarte nicht dabei, ich schaue das in 2 Wochen mal an. Ist alles nicht so wichtig, soll der Scanner halt mit meiner @sipgate Nummer weiter scammen, ich kann ohne die Simkarte nichts machen und Sipgate antwortet mit leider auch nicht auf meine Bitte da zu helfen. Mal sehen ob der Scammer einen Schaden anrichtet, dann gibt es zumindest genügend Nachweise, dass ich versucht habe das zu verhindern und das ich es nicht war. Dann kann man ggf. als Betroffener auch bei Sipgate oder WhatsApp auf deren Haftung hin was unternehmen. -
