    Anyone ever seen a good, succinct, non-confrontational, neurodivergent-friendly takedown of the rhetorical trick that goes “would you say a slur to save a dying child”? It’s one of those things where everyone can intuitively see the chud’s play, yet so many fall into the trap one way or another

    Likewise for anything of that form that seeks to shift a conversation away from immediate realistic real-life harms towards The Joker’s Last Trolley Problem

      @woof i'm not sure "non-confrontational" is at all possible, it's literally nothing but verbal violence so the only thing is to either stand your ground (inherently confrontational) or cleverly deflect (neurotypical)

      i won't bother with a rhetorical question, "never happens" and move on
