Did a lot of admin today. Including stopping at the pharmacy to get a hormonal contraceptive refill.

I haven't bothered taking breaks on this one, for the most part. Because research shows we don't have to.
This idea that you have to bleed every month even if, when you keep taking the hormones, you don't? Is bullshit.
Take a break if you feel like it. Not because The Cycle Of The Moon is physically important. It ain't. PMS sucks. Bleeding sucks (and generally creates waste, much as I love my cup). So why do it?
