@benroyce God, please, no more purity tests. No more not voting because it’s principled. It isn’t, it’s cowardly at best. We’re in the mess we’re in now because too many people decided that their feelings mattered more than their country. No more both sides are the same. No more #GenocideJoe stances that in the end almost certainly will make things worse in the long run for those folks the cosplayers supposedly care so much about. The only way I will interact with those individuals is by blocking.

@benroyce tbh, I've been boycotting FIFA for a while now, they cosy up to autocrats too frequently. It's a shame, I used to enjoy the World Cup.
Olympics is an easy boycott for me, so I'll do that one too.

Some of us held our noses and voted for Biden and then for Kamala, who let Trump and his allies escape justice. Voters didn't fail. The candidates we elected did.
