How long does it usually take you to get to sleep once you consciously decide it’s sleep time (I.e. after reading, doom-scrolling, etc.) and you put your head on the pillow?

I ask as my partner seems (to me) to fall asleep unnaturally quickly. She’ll be sat in bed reading, say goodnight to me, and be gently snoring within 30s.
I used to be the opposite end of the scale, usually taking an hour or so to get to sleep. I’ve always been sensitive to noise at night, but I recently started wearing ear plugs in bed and have noticed myself getting to sleep much faster as a consequence.

@WiteWulf I've chosen "less than a minute" but I'm a permanently exhausted pigeon who lacks the ability to go to bed at a sensible time, so it's hardly surprising!

@WiteWulf for my first sleep, its a couple minutes. But if I wake in the night for anything, its at least an hour.

@WiteWulf I struggle rarely but most of the time it's within 15 minutes. Both the people I've had in my life over the years where they have fallen asleep next to me regularly fell asleep within a minute. (Then they start snoring or twitching :D)
