Holy shit. This is the kind of shit we’ve long known went on on the streets of El Salvador, the Philippines, Myanmar, or any other tin-pot dictatorship.
Executions in the street. Not even a presumption of crime before the death penalty.
Shot the poor guy in the back AFTER he had been disarmed.
Brazen. Brutal. Beyond belief what this country has become.
