      oh no a service run by a commercial entity is beholden to the legal whims of its operating jurisdictions, who could have predicted this outcome, surely not literally anyone who has a memory of the recent past.

      "they're going to have to walk it back! it's bad for business!" uhuh yeah they'll totally walk it back, because they're definitely the ones who are in charge in this situation, rather than whole-ass countries saying "if you don't do this we take your business away".

      utterly formulaic.

              @gsuberland At this point I don’t even really believe it’s legal whims (it seems to be because the new CEO) but other than that I overall agree with the points here

              I shall refrain from opining other remarks/thoughts in your replies tho ;D
