I found out today that @thunderbird doesn't let you easily send pgp encrypted e-mail to an address if the imported key does not match the recipients address exaclty.

I found out today that @thunderbird doesn't let you easily send pgp encrypted e-mail to an address if the imported key does not match the recipients address exaclty. A lot of people use the same keypair for two or more e-mails or sometimes there isn't an email at all associated with imported key which makes encrypted e-mail troublesome.
There is a solution but seems rather hacky workaround to being able to import send with using the imported public key.
