    Gute Nacht, Freunde.

    Wrote 600 words for the Wolves. Ellie is still in the briefing, but it's winding down.

    Also looked up what kind of trouble is common with electric installations, so I have stuff that Ellie can find and repair.

    I hope I can make her sound like she's good at her job.

    I'm trying out Obsidian for notes, and it's working really well.

      @Firlefanz Gute Nacht, Hannah!

      Here's one for you, if you want it: not sure about US use, but modern miniature breakers can apparently wear out in a really weird way. Years ago, I had one start randomly tripping for no discernable reason whatsoever. Spoke to a local electrician who suggested replacing it, did so (same type). No further problem except ANOTHER one started tripping the same way. Replace that, then a third started. Replaced all of them at that point and no similar problems since. 🤷‍♂️

        @mkj

        Neat experience! (I mean, annoying, as well, but useful for a story.)

        I did look up a bunch of websites about "the most common problems" and have a load of stuff to use.

        I'm postulating that many houses are run down and have been fixed by non-experts, because the alpha has been siphoning off money.

          @Firlefanz Makes sense.

          And yes, it was annoying, but also (to me, with just enough knowledge of how this stuff works to be dangerous) *really* weird. In my case, had it been a wiring or load issue, just replacing the breaker with a same-type shouldn't have fixed the issue let alone moved the issue to a *different* breaker; and not once, but twice.

          By the third one I just decided that it was easier to just ask the electrician to replace all of them and see if that would help. 🙂
