I have a hoodie on over a sweater - it's chilly in here. Decided on peanut butter toast and coffee for breakfast.

Today is supposed to be a gym session, I'm not sure if I'm up for it as I haven't been sleeping well.

I'm reminded again how good an album, "The Colour Of Spring" is. Talk Talk went from a synth pop outfit to releasing an absolute masterclass in acoustic arrangements. The effects were sparingly used, and the record ends up with a timeless quality, IMO.

Last night, I started watching "Shoresy" instead of "The Bear". Now, I'm a person that doesn't like abandoning a story, but I couldn't deal with the negative aspects of the drama anymore.
