    Pets and food hygiene:

    Hi Mastodonians - I’m keen to know people’s comfort levels around human food and #pet food coexisting. (I’m mainly thinking of #dog and #cat food.)

    I get that the equation is different if the humans are, say, vegetarian or have allergies; please if possible ignore that and consider just the pet vs. human food distinction.

    Please tick all that apply, and - as always - boost for reach if you would be so kind.

    PF = pet food
    Please assume bowls, utensils and washing tools get rinsed unless otherwise noted 🙂

    I’m comfortable with:

      @whybird @TheEddieShow my dogs have their own dishes, they are not allowed to touch mine, they are washed in an otherwise empty sink with their own separate brush, the food is served with their own pet fork. I do keep opened wet food in the fridge but it's sealed up.
