1. We had Netflix as part of our package, now there's a "Netflix Premium Surcharge"
2. Internet cost went up $50 in ONE MONTH (!!) with no warning or notice.
3. TV cost went up $10 with no warning or notice.
I knew I made a mistake when I switched.

@tod never use the packages. Get Internet only and build it up from there. They'll complain. In BC, Rogers/Shaw is horrendous for Internet service, Telus is far superior fibre. You just have to stay away from bundling!

@tod Both majors in the west will have a special place in purgatory. Even weasels say, well at least I'm not Telus.
