3. Put a cover on your phone, so it lasts longer — my iPhone is from 2020, and I am not buying another iPhone as long as "Trump Cook" is CEO.
@randahl Point 3 - buy a European repairable phone: Fairphone. Replace stock Android with /e/OS and Alphabet get a cut in their income…
Fairphones are long lasting and you can replace screen, camera and battery.
And yes, I struggle with the thought of replacing my Apple products…

@randahl another tactic could be to buy used phones/computers. And use free software where it's possible.

@frankps I do too. I will probably have to upgrade my Mac this year because I need the extra GPU power for video production. But for the first time in my life, I am not looking forward to it.
Tim Cook's sucking up to Trump has killed all my enthusiasm for the brand, and the glass look of the new MacOS Tahoe certainly has not helped either.

@randahl Do you mention that the use of Disney+ supports Bezos because they use AWS? If so, there is a lot more to boycott than just prime and Disney+
@ricferrer I mention Disney+ because they were behind the attempt to remove Jimmi Kimmel in order to please Trump.

Install Evolution and uninstall Outlook
Install Firefox and uninstall chrome/edge/safari
Terminate dropbox/OneDrive/Google drive and buy acces to a Nextcloud service of your own choice. -
