Whoever, whatever he is, I have now seen his video and everyone should be outraged and concerned about how casually he executed her when we can clearly see she didn't intend him any harm and was only obeying the orders she was being given.
He is a psychopath. He should have been weeded out in basic training and banned from every owning a gun, but that's not America.
