Is there any demand for a #vegan Matrix server?

@nm always room for more Matrix servers! I don't think there's a Vegan-specific one at this time, though you can check https://joinmatrix.org/servers to see if anything is in the area you're thinking of.

If you run into issues let me know, always happy to help fellow selfhosters. Also worth considering e.g GDPR and such (it's not difficult just good to keep in mind, I have a blog post about it coming soon if you're interested)
