@wanderingleaf I was younger than 45, but moved to different countries twice and found a job. However, I would highly suggest you find work before you move and work on getting your residency. You can always look for new work once you're settled (that's what I did). It's damn difficult to find work without a work sponsor if you're not a resident.

It's absolutely not too late, but it requires a lot of planning.

Here are some better shots of the gang-gang cockatoos. I've only ever seen one once in the Wollongong area, up in the escarpment. I feel so lucky!
