This is a two minute exposure at Windansea Beach in La Jolla, California. Winter storms wash a lot of the sand away from this beach, exposing the rocks. It's quite fascinating actually, because in summer those rocks can be buried under sand entirely! A very slow moving tide of sand, perhaps...
