every time I see someone post that "trans rules of engagement" article, I'm reminded of the two times I've seen that sort of approach actually implemented:@steff @YKantRachelRead we've been told by a local trans girl that "accountability" means, to her, that she doesnt have to listen to anything we say if it makes her uncomfortable, and that while she's been in our position before, she has no empathy for us, fuck you, got mine, and we just need to go away and leave her alone.

I don't want AI in my electronic medical record to try to summarize other clinicians' notes, or to listen in on my conversations with my patients to try to write my notes for me.@jeneralist the computer of 2013 would be great at that kind of report, but as of 2023 apparently the only way to use computers is to supplicate in english to make a slopbot produce something resembling useful output, and we're all expected to believe this is better. drives us up the wall!
