@redsad@ohai.social it gets a LOT better by 25. like, a LOT better. also, quitting big tech helps, and strengthening your focus (for me, by reading a lot and doing math) esp in your early 20s helps.

I smoke a lot of weed and it helps with ADHD and anxiety. perfectionism I've learned to replace with never ending disciplines. for example, I don't really like beating games, I just like the ones you can't beat like Minecraft and chess (you just keep improving). and music is going well, I'm not a perfectionist, I turned procrastination into endless proliferation, so I still struggle to work on songs for more than one session; I'm learning to not do that :3
