@brad I got very briefly excited about a project for "recycling and reuse" within the military, thinking it might be intersting recycling tech. Nope. They just like to re brand giving military weapons to cops as "recycling". So green!

I do sometimes get the impression that other countries do not realize that US police departments- even ones in my relatively sleepy city- are buying equipment from the literal army. -
I prefer base64 to rot13 because it's way higher entropy but I cannot deny that rot13 is astronomically more convenient@brad rot13 would be a good name for a band. Either a punk band or some very nerdy black metal band
