we're repeatedly attacked and debunk it, we're somehow the aggressors in that situation.
this may sound like i'm a dick, but please hear me through - have you thought about talking to a therapist about this? I've struggled with something similar due to attacks online, and it took me a long time to come up with a way to efficiently deescalate drama.
sometimes it's best to stay quiet when there are bullies outside, eh?
