trying to setup dependencies with rcscripts is. Fun. In its own way.

god systemd's dependency ordering is so nice
if i want to execute my own service before suspend? don't need to touch suspend, just need to set WantedBy=suspend.target and then all of that dependency is isolated in that service, able to be managed properly
