@amy0223 try different browsers. also, the wifi cards that are built in to some machines are pretty crappy. If you have ethernet plug in a cable and see what happens. if it is good, then go find a reputable usb wifi dongle. @amy0223 is the breakup only on google meet, or on other things like zoom or facetime? Remember for video your upstream speed matters more than your downstream? Try changeing your wifi channel and your channel width. There is more but start there.
