@scalzi the modern Native Instruments is the parent company (formerly called Soundwide) so this likely affects Izotope branded products and Plugin Alliance distributed products too

Not entirely unexpected it would happen, given the attempt to VC grow products not really suited to VC rapid growth.

Hopefully the restructuring goes fairly smoothly, and someone else continues all the products (or at least keeps them all available for install )
