@icing You're describing denial. Be happy, that you do not need to work for this coorperation anymore. Blaming somebody "difficult" is a rhetoric and psychological pattern. It's a kind of Blame-Shifting or Buck-Passing. Last year I've lost a bigger customer because of this.
