Well shit Bob Weir passed away yesterday. In the mid-eighties I always made the pilgrimage to Alpine Valley in Wisconsin to see the #GratefulDead play. One used to be able to camp in their car there overnight. I saw them at the Rosemont Horizon too, but did not enjoy the experience there as much. Ditto Soldier Field. Got lucky once and scored front row seats for RatDog at NIU in the Aughts.
