What research?They've only quoted the guy, a dentistry researcher, who gave the talk.Despite one line saying there's no research showing that gum disease *causes* dementia, they've let him go off on a diet/anti-fat rant anyway.I would ignore this tbh!Yes, we do know that gum health impacts the rest of the body in various ways.But 'brush your teeth 3x a day to avoid dementia' is absolutely NOT the conclusion to take away from this
