Had my second Shingles shot this morning. I was fine for most of the afternoon, but holy shit does my arm hurt at the injection site right now

Still, it beats having shingles (been there done that in my late 30s). If you're eligible, get your shots

Had the guy I was speechwriting for ever slipped in something even *one tenth* as awful as that, I would have fired myself

A random data point: I stopped interrupting people once I started taking Adderall. I've compared notes with two other women who also take some version of Adderall, and they said they had the same experience

My kid just texted to tell me that my name in the Epstein Files. Apparently, Epstein was on the Quora Weekly Digest mailing list, and my answers showed up there during the years that I was a regular Quora contributor

I suppose it's to my credit that it never even occurred to me to search my own name (or any other Scheinberg for that matter)

Still, if I weren't nursing my hairline fractured knee, I'd be scrubbing down in the shower

It's weird how much I thrill over small victories now

I had cataract surgery on my left eye three weeks, and my right eye two weeks ago

Each eye requires eye drops post-surgery for 21 days, 2x/day, which means I did the last of my required left-eye drops last night

In three weeks, despite travel and some busy scheduling, I didn't miss a single dose, and now have only 13 doses remaining in my right eye

Meds compliance feels like a huge win
