@pborenstein This reminds me of a comment I overheard in a restaurant recently. A couple of youngsters were remarking how cool the background music was. “So fresh and original, these guys are great!”, said one of them.

The track was a remix of Sade’s “Smooth Operator”, a 42-year-old song.

LLMs are doing text remixing and people think it’s original stuff.
