Anyway, it remains a small producer and cannot make Europe sovereign in terms of oil production.
Most of our consumption is actually imported from the Middle East (or worst Russia).
(As for the UK, no offence, i love this country ans his people, but since Brexit, they are no longer really part of Europe).
