My parents picked up the "needy" cat today. He adjusted after 2 hours, is a lap cat just like they wanted, and appears to own the place now.

My parents are in the market for an emotional support cat. My dad texted me tonight to tell me it was a good day cat scouting. He went to the local shelter and they let him know to come back later because they have an 8 year old orange boy that's about to be returned because he is too needy and wants to be with people. Paws crossed for all of them!
