@NebulaTide @david_chisnall What are BSDs doing with the non-portable XDG_CONFIG_HOME (.config/)? (Which is also backwards-incompatible, yay - funny thing that it'd all be avoidable if only subdirectories and files were required to still start with a "."?)

Great, with Version 1.3.0, Ly display manager introduced a brightness feature, where you can increase or decrease brightness. -
Oh yeah, VT525 time~@lethalbit At least VT510 allows PS/2, is it the same with VT525 or does it require non-standard wirings/pinouts?

making a presentation in LaTeX is certainlyan experience.@queenofhatred heh, I end up having extreme experiences when I try to do these in Impress or Powepoint, too used to LaTeX with Beamer. At least Beamer is a significantly different way to do slides, so I'm not surprised by that.
(It goes well beyond being able to type it as code - stuff like being able to enter text without having to do positioning by hand or using \pause a lot aren't (AFAIK) easy to replicate in these graphical tools. I had some hope that their "outline"(?) mode (where you see just text, condensed) could allow that, but I never experimented enough to find out if that was in any way possible.)
(Are you using Beamer or something else?)

Here’s a comment for the people who are upset that MN hasn’t charged Jonathan Ross already:@arcadiagt5 @jmax @kenwhite.bsky.social Is State v. Chauvin an example of the kind of prosecution we could see here?
(Although part 10 (and also 9) will surely play a significant role in this case.)
(So Bluesky has a small post length limit too?)
