@thezenlady I only know one person who had polio. He was a kid in my grade school class. He caught polio - probably by swimming in a lake into which the local septic tanks drained - prior to 1960. (I was born in 1954 - we lined up in grade school for polio and smallpox vaccines.) The thought of not having grade school kids (if not younger,) vaccinated is crazy. Vaccines are why you probably don’t know anyone who had polio.
