@Richard Alot of storage Typical of Arch i checked their wiki but could not find anything about setting up your own, for gentoo we use Overlays https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Overlays/Overlays_guideFrom what i read from Arch you can do it over Rsync i think with TLS, But you'd have to pull the packages from another mirror to your mirror.And to get the most use out of it and not have it become a cache you'd need to pull most if not all packages and libraries which could be demanding for storage space
