I often find myself saying "but what does it do?", when reading the README of projects hosted on Git**b. I generally then move on to some other task.

@mr_daemon this, but also: the number of encarbulator dot com websites I've seen that also do not tell you what it is/does on the main page, or even anywhere within a click or two, is too damn high! -
