@tito_swineflu Someone I know swears by setting up Google alerts for the job titles you want on lever.co, myworkdayjobs.com, and greenhouse.io, as a lot of companies post to those boards first. So, as much as I hated to go to Google, I've done that recently; no luck yet. I'm also still trawling LinkedIn, Indeed, and Wellfound.com, and I have a profile I periodically renew on Underdog.io.

With all that, it feels like referrals are almost necessary to actually get interviewed, nowadays....

I've thought about something similar myself, especially since there seem to be a lot of skilled people who are either not able or not willing to participate in the Industry. Over a year into seriously job-hunting and it is miserable. I remain stubbornly a generalist #SoftwareEngineer with #Infra background, both close-to-hardware systems and web #DevOps #SRE work. Need US remote or #PDX local, no AI or blockchain.
