It wasn't even fedex this time!

What I learned this afternoon is that if you're a person with an SSN who doesn't live in the US and wants to freeze your credit with all three agencies, you probably can't make it through the web form or get through to a human by phone, but you can submit an application by mail.

Whether or not that works or just has a slower failure rate, I can't tell you yet.

Just had another experience where I called a support line, got a robot who couldn't solve my problem, who refused to transfer me to an agent after telling me "they can only transfer to an agent under specific circumstances," that then hung up on me. So miserable.
