Oh HELL yes.
Ready or Not on steroids. This looks *incredible*.

Good night was had by all last night. There was much laughter and shouting and singing and crying. I switched from beer to white wine and then whisky towards the end of the night, which is always a mistake. Fortunately Trish didn't let me drink any more when I got home, but I did apparently eat all of the food in the house and then fall asleep on the floor like a racoon.
I'm sure it can't possibly be this, but it looks like I might have been eating doughnuts with lentil bolognese and coleslaw. Bit weird.
I'm therefore not at my peak this morning and have had to get up to take delivery of a food shop. I've had some toast and a lot of coffee and although I've not totally landed back in normalsville quite yet, the runway is in sight. Although it's a nighttime landing and there are some extreme pockets of turbulence and the pilot is an idiot and the oxygen masks have been deployed and the plane is made of wet paper and all the passengers are screaming and bargaining with their gods and oh no we're all gonna die.
I hope you're faring better than me this morning and don't feel like a metaphorical plane crash.

Sounds like an absolutely massive scientist
What do you do for a living? Me? Oh I'm a male scientistlady. What about you? Barlad.
I think the general rule is if chaps would prefer roles not to be defaulted to chairwoman for example, then probably best to de-gender it. I'm a male chairwoman doesn't sound good.
I thought we'd all agreed to stop genderising stuff (although admittedly I did say barmaid the other day which was a bit cringe). The only kind of chairman should be a weirdly useful superhero.
Cornwall Council debates use of word 'chairman'
The word 'exciting' no longer means anything
Loving the trailer for Gerald Butters Greenland2 where the testimonial quotes are just some people off Twitter, one of which saying "It is better than the first one". Amazing.
Me today
A lot of you probably don't know this, but 'mansplaining' is a portmanteau of 'man' and 'explaining'
(you're welcome)
