The BBC seems to be pushing it too. Their headlines might be adequate warning, but they're also putting out stories about our politicians planning a "British FBI". I am wary of our bosses.

Think of a taxi company with drivers working shifts. The company is on the paperwork for the licence plate. Could he other company ID markings. This can't be just British law.
