I heard last week that the physics teacher of the daughter of one of my colleagues told the daughter that girls who do their nails don’t do physics.@freyablekman The teacher mentioned a correlation, you’re suggesting causation, which wasn’t claimed. The teacher said "girls" and obviously meant "many girls among his students", which you misunderstandood as "all female persons anywhere". As a leading scientist you should know better.
