    #alzheimers related. A quick bit of research shows our body creates it, so be skeptical of 'NAD supplements'.

    Our bodies produce less as we get older, and from what I read... vitamin b3 and tryptophan are used to create it. We also apparently recycle it.

    Wait for more science. They ain't done yet.

    I keel an eye open on this stuff. I have a family history.

      @knowprose I always use 'is evidence good enough and the supplement safe and cheap enough' changes constantly for me (I took Turmeric, it worked but the evidence showed it COUDL be harmful so I stopped) etc...I'm researching currently into these exact supplements, still on the fence.
