@skinnylatte additionally: I visited New Orleans for the first time in 2024 and my biggest regret was that we didn't make time to try any Viet-Cajun fusion food.

@tedmielczarek i want to go to texas and nola to do that, but i also think if i make cajun food at home it would be similar, since i use similar ingredients hehe
