@mntmn then it should be put AT THE TOP OF THE MESSAGE IN ALL-CAPS – because nobody reads those sigs. and so-called "legal disclaimers" at the end of messages are also just wasted bandwidth, space and energy.

Why past tense? Our company adds still „don’t print this mail“ in internal mails.
