@randahl I saw 3 vids of the killing - he had a phone/camera in his hand and he was pepper sprayed 30 cm to the face before being wrestled to the ground, then beaten to the head with a weapon by one of the agents. At no point there is any gun in Alex's hands.

@syferdet yes. And I hope both murders will be prosecuted soon. But it must be a real challenge, when federal officers are deliberately preventing investigation and preventing state access to case evidence.

haven't had time to confirm it, though, so take me with a large grain of salt.

I am not sure it is valid. And its beside the point that he had a permit to carry both locally and implicit by Tue second amendment.

Yeah, I thought the picture of Alex Pretti's gun made it online a little early. If his weapon was registered in MN, it be easy enough for law enforcement to check if this weapon is even the same type of gun he owned.

@dave Hmmm. That could be the case. But I was getting links from days back that were not from social media threads.

But my aim really was to underscore the point that when an entire administration's response to these killings is immediately and blatantly lie about what can be clearly seen by everyone, there is absolutely no need to take a piece of evidence as ephemeral as a digital image as proof of anything.
