    Analysis: "Starmer’s ban on Palestine Action was done to protect the arms industry"

    A Channel 4 doco on Palestine Action’s proscription as a terrorist organisation alleges the proscription was done at the behest of Elbit Systems.

    The doco cites evidence - including a 2023 internal Home Office email stating: "Reassure Elbit Systems UK... that the government cares about the harm the group is causing the private sector".

      @DrALJONES Why would the British Government particularly want to reassure one of Israel's arms manufacturers, presumably involved in the genocide and a competitor to UK firms? "It's a mysterwy", as Toyah would say.
